What locations can I shop from? You can currently shop from Canada, USA, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, UAE and South Africa. We are constantly adding the countries we feature, please check the site for updates.
Do I need a Shop & Ship account to buy items? Yes, you are required to have a Shop & Ship account in order to buy items from TAQTAQ.com

How does shipping work? Once you place an order, the merchant will deliver your item to their local Shop & Ship hub for FREE within 7 days from your order date. After your item arrives at the hub, we will send you a notification and Shop & Ship will then proceed to ship it to your home location listed on your account. Shipping cost from the hub to the final destination will be as per the Shop & Ship rates.
How long does it take for me to receive my item? It can take up to 7 business days for your item to be dispatched to the local Shop & Ship hub where the seller is located. Once the item arrives at the local Shop & Ship hub it will be dispatched to its final destination in accordance with Shop & Ship delivery standards. Note: Times quoted excludes time for custom clearance (if any).
How can I track my order? Tracking details of the ordered item will be provided in the Dispatched Email that will be sent to you once the merchant dispatched the item to the local Shop & Ship hub. Shop & Ship standard tracking and notifications will be provided for your shipment as it moves from the hub to your doorstep. You can also track your shipment any time on Shop & Ship website or on the Shop & Ship mobile app.
Do I have to pay for shipping to the hub? No, the seller will ship your ordered item from their warehouse to the hub for FREE.

Is it safe to use my credit card? TAQTAQ.com payment solutions are provided by our global partner PayPal, the world most secured and trusted online payment solution. Purchasing with your debit or credit card on TAQTAQ.com is 100% safe.
I do not have a Shop & Ship account, can I signup for TAQTAQ.com? When you do your first purchase with TAQTAQ.com you will be able to sign up for a Shop & Ship account and the $45 S&S registration fee will be waived courtesy of TAQTAQ.com
What login details to use on TAQTAQ.com? In order to login to TAQTAQ.com, you need to use your Shop & Ship credentials.
How can I pay for my purchases? You will be prompted to pay for items in your shopping cart upon checkout. You can pay using your PayPal account or any major debit/credit cards by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, JCB, Union Pay)
Do I need to put or edit my billing address? When ordering in TAQTAQ.com you do not have to enter your billing or shipping address as our system will automatically populate your details once you login using your Shop & Ship credentials.
How can I change my delivery address? To change your final delivery address where you want to receive your shipment, please login to your Shop & Ship account and edit your delivery address from your profile, please click here
Where can I see all my Shop & Ship addresses? You can view all of your 18 assigned destinations on the My Addresses Tab on your Shop & Ship account.
